“Three couples at the same venue on the same Saturday will have three different investments with us. One wants a quiet half-day with one photographer and a few candid moments. Another wants full coverage, both photo and video, drone, two photographers, and a luxury album for the wall at home. A third wants content creation reels ready to share by Sunday morning. We are set up to deliver all three because every wedding is different, every couple is different, and your investment should fit your day, not a price list.”

“Your day is not a menu. Picking from three pre-made packages means you either overpay for coverage you do not need, or miss out on moments that matter to you. Build Your Own means you only pay for what fits your day — and you only miss out on nothing. We have photographed over 2,700 weddings across the North East, Yorkshire and beyond. We know the patterns, we know what works, and we trust you to know what your day looks like better than we do. Our role is to make it happen, brilliantly.”

“Most couples put their investment together in around 15 minutes. Pick the options you want from the lists below. Fill in the eight-page questionnaire. We send a transparent quote within 24 hours — sometimes the same day. No waiting, no chase, no hidden fees.”
YOUR WEDDING INVESTMENT:
Step 1 — Choose your services. “Photography, videography, or both. Most couples pick both: it’s more affordable than booking separately, you only deal with one team, and we already cover everything in one booking.”
Step 2 — Pick your coverage and extras. “Number of photographers and videographers, how long we are there, drone, pre-wedding shoot, content creation. Tick what suits your day.”
Step 3 — Tell us what matters. It helps us understand your day mood, style, who’s important to be in formal photos, candid-only or mix, ceremony and speeches coverage, anything in particular you want us to capture or leave alone. Your answers shape how we work on the day.”
Step 4 — Receive your tailored quote. “Within 24 hours. The quote lists every option you have chosen, what each one adds, and the total. Read it, ask questions, request changes. The quote is yours to consider without obligation.”
Step 5 — Secure your date. “Pay a 10% booking deposit within 7 days. Final balance is due 6 months before your wedding. We accept bank transfer, card, cash, cheque, direct debit, and Klarna.”

One photographer — “Full day. A minimum of 1,000 images, delivered in the Triple-Edit Collection. The right choice for most couples.”
Two photographers — “Full day. A minimum of 1,400 images. Two angles throughout — coverage of both partners getting ready, more candid moments, more of the day captured while the other photographer covers speeches.”
Half-day coverage — “Flexible timing around the most important moments of your day.”
Full-day coverage — “From coverage of getting ready through to two songs after your first dance. We stay late enough to capture the dancefloor.”
Extended getting-ready coverage — “More time with you, your family, and friends before the ceremony.”
Extended nighttime coverage — “Stay through the late dancefloor. We photograph the dancefloor as the energy goes up.”
Mixed locations coverage — “Ceremony at one location and reception at another — no extra fee, included as standard.”
Destination wedding — “Overseas or UK destination. We’ve covered weddings from the Scottish Highlands to southern Cornwall, Jersey, Italy and beyond. Travel fees are quoted separately.”

Aerial drone photography — “Included where weather and airspace allow. Captures the venue, the landscape, and the scale of the day from above.”
Pre-wedding shoot — “A dedicated session before the wedding to get comfortable in front of the camera. Midweek booking, within 15 miles of our Wynyard studio.”
