For Lena and Michael, this stately hotel, Wynyard Hall, completely captured their hearts when they first stepped inside this magnificent building – the North most loved destination. Surrounded by 150 acres of panoramic views and steeped in history and extravagance, the Hall provided the most perfect setting for Lena and her fiancé to hold their wedding celebrations.

Having found their ideal venue, the couple were confident that choosing the right photographer would make their special day, a day to remember and with a wealth of experience and a passion for photography, local wedding photographer and videographer CARRO Studio were the perfect choice. Wynyard Hall can boast about being one of the few wedding venues in the country that houses its onsite chapel. A romantic ambience is exuded through the stained-glass windows and Italian marble walls, giving the bride and groom a truly unique wedding backdrop, in which they say their “I Do’s.”

Lena wore an exquisite, vintage-inspired wedding gown, sprinkled with intricate beadwork. With a mermaid silhouette, a cathedral-length veil beautifully detailed along a scalloped edge and a pair of designer hand-crafted Jimmy Choo bridal shoes, Lena looked a vision in white. Michael chose a very smart deep blue suit paired with a crisp, white shirt and double-breasted grey waistcoat, finishing off his look with a rich purple paisley tie.

Bringing the whole vintage look together, the bride chose for her three bridesmaids a stunning floor-length gown in a gorgeous lavender hue with a little touch of 1920s style within the design. With the sun shining down on the wedding guests, enjoying a drink on the terrace, CARRO Studio were able to produce an abundance of breath-taking images by creating a bespoke album of casual moments between friends and family, alongside more formal group gatherings.
